I started Slabs Shack a few years back  in Bridgeport CT. I am now based out of Amherst MA.

I learned the art of slow cooking from my good buddy & West Texan, Brian Howlett, when we worked together in Miami FL.

 

I have been building an ever expanding client base and happily catering parties in CT, MA, NH, NY, RI and VT from 10 people to 120 people.
